DTVThaiVisa offers the following services:

• Consultation: Professional advice and guidance on the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV Visa) application process.
• Application Submission: Assistance with preparing and submitting your visa application to the relevant embassy or consulate.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we are not responsible for changes in visa requirements or policies issued by the Thai government or embassies.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete information for your visa application.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Booking: You can book our services through our Site or by contacting us directly.
• Payment: Payment is required in advance for all services. We accept payments via Stripe, including credit cards and PayPal.

Government Fees: Government fees and charges are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable.

• Visa Denial: A refund of our service fees following an embassy or consulate denial is available only if you purchased the optional Denial Protection add-on at checkout; without it, service fees are non-refundable on denial. Government fees and charges are non-refundable in all cases.
• Visa Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking before we begin processing your application, we will charge you the initial deposit only.
• Visa Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments made by you.
• Taxi Bookings: All taxi bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances, including delays, late arrivals, missed pickups, or schedule changes.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your visa application.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your information.
• Cooperate with us and provide necessary documents in a timely manner.
• Ensure that you meet all eligibility requirements for the DTV Visa.

• We are not responsible for delays, denials, or other issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
• We are not liable for any decisions made by the embassy, consulate, or Thai government regarding your visa application.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DTVThaiVisa and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Your use of our Site and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
